Adam is the Design Studio Program Director for IBM Design. His primary focus is to inculcate a design-led culture within IBM, to help IBM’s designers be the most competent designers on the planet and to scale this competency across the breadth of IBM. He is also the Dean of IBM Designcamp, an educational program designed with the purpose of elevating the design sense of all product designers and developers who attend.
Prior to his current role, Adam was the Director of User Experience Design at IBM Interactive where he worked with a number of external clients including Boston Children’s Hospital, The JFK Museum & Library, L.L.Bean, American Express and Tiffany & Co.
