Lisa Kay Solomon helps create the space where innovation lives. A design-thinking expert and visual communicator, Lisa Kay Solomon helps leaders become more creative, effective and empowered problem solvers through design-led innovation tools, skills and behaviours.

Lisa teaches innovation at the MBA in Design Strategy program at San Francisco’s California College of the Arts and works closely with innovation capacity building firms like Smallify and Business Models Inc..  Lisa enjoys sharing her ideas to large audiences such as TEDx, Business Design Summit in Berlin, Design Management Institute, Endeavor Global Conference and lecturing at top graduate schools throughout the country. She works closely with executive teams from diverse organisations such as from Herman Miller Inc., Toyota Financial Services, REDF and the Kauffman Fellows Program for venture capitalists.  She also works with educators and students to bring innovation and discovery skills into primary education

Lisa is the co-author of Moments of Impact: How to Design Strategic Conversations that Accelerate Change (Simon & Schuster 2014).

Lisa holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Cornell University.
